Driving Lessons: I reserve the right to cancel/change a lesson without notice if for reasons beyond my control such as adverse weather, extensive traffic, car breakdown or illness. I reserve the right to terminate a training period/course if I consider you the pupil to be unsafe to drive through drink or drugs.
Payment: Lesson payment is due at the beginning of each lesson.I accept payment in Cash, Card (Chip&Pin) or Online payment only. You are responsible for ensuring that any fees due are paid at the beginning of the lesson.
Use of my vehicle: I am happy to provide you with my car to do your driving test, but only if I feel you are safe to do so. I will refuse your request to use my vehicle for your test. If, in my opinion, I feel that you are not yet ready to take your driving test.
Cancellations: I fully understand things may happen outside your control and on some occasions, you might have to cancel at very short notice. I don’t charge for cancellations but I reserve the right to cancel all training and ask you to find another driving instructor if you regularly cancel your driving lesson with less than 24 hours notice. However, you will be responsible for the full payment if you cancel your lesson with less than one hours notice.
License: You must be in possession of a current provisional, full UK driving license entitling you to drive the training vehicle. You must produce it at the beginning of the first training session. You will also be asked to provide details of your entitlement.
Data Protection: I am required by law to keep records of customers before, during and after they have compleated any driving course or instruction with me. The records will normally be name, address, phone and email details.
By accepting this Agreement document, you also confirm that there are no physical or other disabilities or impediment that might affect your ability to drive and that no medication or other treatment is prescribed or being taken which may impair or otherwise affect you.
